Leave your sin, and turn to God

"And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Show a bountiful and generous heart for God and depend on his providence

"If there be among you a poor man of one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not harden thine heart, nor shut thine hand from thy poor brother:
But thou shalt open thine hand wide unto him, and shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, in that which he wanteth." Deuteronomy 15:7-8, KJV

Rebuke sinful pleasures and lusts-and wicked uses and motives-through eliciting God's help

"From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts." James 4:1-3, KJV

Worship and fear God, while living in a godly, righteous, and sober fashion

"With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness." Isaiah 26:9, KJV

Look forward to Christ's second coming, wherein he'll end all that causes suffering to us (and defeat all that opposes him)

And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power." Habakkuk 3:3-4, KJV

Believe and know God takes care of (and knows) his own people, while letting us, the elect, be where we will

"Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding." Isaiah 40:28, KJV

Pray for servants of Yahweh in distress while praising God for his promised salvation

"Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord." 1 Chronicles 16:10, KJV

Be a true believer of Yahweh as a work of your whole heart with justifying faith (in understanding of him) without works

"Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." James 2:17, KJV

Escape sorrows of our troubled world by allowing God to cheer you amidst anxieties

"And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:" Mark 2:27, KJV

Unite in the Sabbath in God's name, for holy use and service, as well as servile labour and rest

"And he said unto them, This is that which the Lord hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the Lord: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning." Exodus 16:23, KJV

Base righteousness on faith in God and place your trust in Yahweh, so you may live

"For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith." Romans 1:17, KJV

Pray for fellow servants of Yahweh in distress, and lead strangers to adore him

"O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever." 1 Chronicles 16:34, KJV

In God's name, enlighten dark minds that are dead in sin by making them friends (instead of enemies) to Yahweh by softening hard hearts

"For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God." 1 Corinthians 1:18, KJV

Allow Christ to take away your sin by purchasing you pardon through your repentance

"And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God.
Again the next day after John stood, and two of his disciples;" John 1:34-35, KJV

Embrace God's sweet and strange love for others that lead to noble deeds of self-surrender which produce holy impulses, desires, & passions

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7, KJV

Be fed by everything that draws you nearer to God, and exhibit hope that's rooted in love to him

"The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.
He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them." Psalm 145:18-19, KJV

Lean on Yahweh for defense, protection, and support, depending and leaning on him at all times

"O Lord, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble." Isaiah 33:2, KJV

Love to God and Christ must be the principal spring of our obedience

"But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Who will render to every man according to his deeds:" Romans 2:5-6, KJV

Every morning, seek God's compassions, which never fail

"For the Lord will not cast off for ever:
But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies." Lamentations 3:31-32, KJV

Be abundant in God's truth and goodness

"The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression." Proverbs 19:11, KJV

Daily pray to God for quickening grace with long desires to become more holy & to join in his covenant of grace & to receive his light

"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." Psalm 119:105, KJV

Avoid carelessness and sinfulness through prayer and faith of God by shunning any unbelief in his promises

"The Lord by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens." Proverbs 3:19, KJV

Let us be forgiven by God by forgiving our trespassors from our heart versus calling upon Yahweh to avenge them

"And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses." Mark 11:25, KJV

Seek forgiveness of all actual and original sins from the blood of Christ

"In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;" Ephesians 1:7, KJV

Be saved by the blood of Christ by sprinkling that blood on the sin of your scarred soul

"Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy.
Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share,
storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life." 1 Timothy 6:17-19, KJV

Exhibit God's loving ways and prosperity using repentance to earn divine favor

"If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him." Genesis 4:7, KJV

Let Jesus' power defend you from danger and strengthen you for all duties

"If thou hast run with the footmen, and they have wearied thee, then how canst thou contend with horses? and if in the land of peace, wherein thou trustedst, they wearied thee, then how wilt thou do in the swelling of Jordan?" Jeremiah 12:5, KJV

Allow Christ to bear your sins as you're sensible of how his death pardons our sins

"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed." 1 Peter 2:24, KJV
