Hear, receive, and love God's holy word, showing holy confidence in God

"Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God." 1 Peter 1:21, KJV

Abandon selfishness, lest the Holy Spirit, lest you're left in terror and darkness...

"My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth." 1 John 3:18, KJV

Be founded upon Christ and rooted in him...

"That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;" Colossians 2:2, KJV

Have a due concern in God's name for welfare of your body and soul...

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself." Matthew 22:37-39, KJV

Love God by not showing selfish disposition, or anger, or revenge

"We love him, because he first loved us." 1 John 4:19, KJV

Cast away all corrupt inclinations and affections in God's name, trusting in his grace and goodness...

"And now, Israel, what doth the Lord thy God require of thee, but to fear the Lord thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
To keep the commandments of the Lord, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?" Deuteronomy 10:12-13, KJV

Come to Yahweh by faith in Christ
